This is a rare antique Silver Gokhru Spike Cuff. This actual cuff originated from ancient tribal Swat Kohistanis of Northern Pakistan.

Gorgeous bracelet. And very good. Ethnic bracelet are generally worth more . The Gokhru bracelets are from Kohistan, a border region in Pakistan-Afghanistan-Tajikistan. Probably early years of the 20th century. Spiked bracelets like these are also called defense bracelets.
