RARE CARVED STONE OIL LAMP FROM GAZNI- AFGHANISTAN.

This is an oil lamp in a typical shape, but of exceptional size and material. The entire body is cut from a piece of alabaster .

The lamp shows usual wear marks, and is slightly chipped, particularly at the edges.
Dimensions: height 6 cm width 17 cm and depth 9 cm.
Weight 800 grams
