antique orient islamic vintage Carved Walnut Bench Inlaid With Mother-of-pearl carpet From Damascus, Syria Moorish art 21C

This is very beautiful and incredibly ornate Islamic Bench chair . The Bench is in a warm walnut and is decoratively carved and inlaid with geometric patterns with mother of pearl inlay. The style of the chair is very pleasing to the eye and it it would make a great focal point within any room.

CONDITION: Please note all of our items are either vintage or antique, and will show the usual minor signs of wear and use attributed to age of each piece. The back of the chair included some sort of carved intricate piece that was sadly cutout. Also, a small piece of the seat looks like it was repaired as well, but other than that the chair is in great condition for its age.

This Syrian armchair made of dark wood is typical of Syrian Moorish art.
